About Emma
"Keep doing what you love to do!"
With a profound interest in food and how culture is created through community and communication, Emma has continually progressed her expertise to become the founder of Food Creative.

Cooking food from all kinds of delicious cuisines, experimenting with unheard-of ingredients and dining out in multicultural Melbourne was Emma's foundation.

She is highly regarded for her broad range of skills, combining an open-minded approach to the hospitality and food industries with a natural drive for Marketing, PR and Social Media.

Pivoting immediately from a Bachelor of Arts degree at La Trobe University, Melbourne - majoring in Marketing, Sociology, Art History, she enhanced her capabilities and pursued her career in London.

While in the UK, she developed visual, practical and presenting skills and with further academic enrichment at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition, she was soon undertaking projects as a Food Stylist, Event Chef, Recipe Developer, Cooking Class Host and Food Presenter.

Melbourne provides an insatiable market for the services of Food Creative, where projects of a food-centric nature are executed and can be provided to advertising and marketing agencies, brands, celebrity chefs, publishers, event management and festivals. Food Creative has been the go-to choice for The Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, Aldi, Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, Hardie Grant Publishing and Master Chef Alumni just to name a few.

Interestingly, Emma's earlier modelling experience in the Fashion Industry layed the foundations for her competent studio experience and production process - a skill astutely recognisable in Food Creative projects.

Recent expansion has seen Food Creative take up residence at thediningstudio.com.au which also facilitates the operation of caviarco.com.au

These offerings were created by applying Food Creative services to Emma's own brands.
